Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life. This event will be filled with memories you will cherish for years to come. Your trust in me to record this day is a responsibility I take very seriously. From years of experience I know just what to look for to capture all of the beauty, as well as the unexpected candids that express the fun and excitement of your wedding day. I use the finest professional equipment available and I carry two complete camera systems for assurance that nothing is missed. Studio lighting is used for all of the formal poses to assure the highest quality photographs. I always take more poses than expected so that you will have more originals from which to select. I also include several unique poses to make your wedding photographs stand out from the rest. What will help you remember your wedding day years after this special time more than the photographs? Capturing a day so special is too important to trust to anyone but a professional photographer.

At Pritchett Photography we believe you should receive high quality service and products at a reasonable price. This is why we include a blend of Photojournalistic and Traditional coverage in each of our wedding plans. There really is no reason to pay more for one style or the other. We don’t add a premium price for the coverage you deserve. Each completed wedding provides a wonderful combination of natural and posed images according to the Bride’s wishes.

Cropping: Routine cropping to enhance composition will be done automatically. Special or unusual cropping will be done on request at an additional charge. Any corrective artwork will add a $15.00 minimum charge to each negative. Estimates will be provided before the work is ordered.

More Time: If you need more time for coverage please add $150.00 per hour. Extra coverage must be purchased before the wedding date during your wedding consultation. No substitutions may be made on any package or incentive. All prices except the package price booked for your wedding are subject to change without notice.

Outdoor location...............................................................$ 75.00 plus tax

Personal Service. When you book your wedding you are hiring the owner of the studio. No strangers will show up to do the work. I photographed all of the images on my web site, brochure and sample books. Due to this personal service dates are booked quickly, so please reserve your date early.

Wedding Consultation. Please call for an appointment. I can show you samples of my work and answer any questions you may have.

Coverage. I cover the pre-ceremony through reception of your wedding day. Approximately 200-1200 exposures will be made.

Black & White Photographs. Black & White images are included at no extra charge.

Contract. Please read and complete the wedding contract provided during our appointment. When finished please return the contract to the studio.

Payment. I require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit on the package of your choice to hold the date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Sales Tax must be added to all packages, services and photographs.

Travel Expense. There is a $40.00 charge for travel outside the Columbia area and a $60.00 to $150.00 charge for travel over 25 miles. This expense covers time, mileage and lodging.
